The from was so nice and clean! The bed was very comfy!
I didn't know you had to request kitchen utensils.
Bed was nice, and sheets were clean
Found cigarette butts in my nonsmoking room.
Location and price
Lack of cleanliness Very dusty
The hospitality was awesome
I forgot my food in the fridge
Staff was friendly. Rooms were fairly clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and stores
There were shady looking people in the lobby and some out front who did not appear to know each other but we're just meeting up for unknown reasons. We were fearful for our safety entering the building and getting to our room.
Décor; lighting, bathroom, grab & go breakfast.
The place was a lot better than I expected, especially for the price. I will definetly be looking to stay at extended stay America's when I need a hotel in the future.
Hotel was clean staff was nice and the room had new furniture!!!
Front test clerk was very friendly and helpful.
We booked a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, our room smelled like cigarette smoke despite being located in a non-smoking ection of the floor/hotel. If it had not already been so late when we checked in and we had not already settled the kids into their PJs, etc., we would have requested a room change. Not a great night's sleep...
I have stayed at this location for 3years every time i come to columbus ...The room is in excellent condition, the staff is very friendly I highly recommend this hotel.
Friendly staff and the location is great.
No coffee pot in my room.
ck in was very smooth and staff very friendly
Convenient location for family reunion.
Stayed 4 nights. 1st room allocated had not been cleaned. In 2nd room we found large piece of cheese and a bottle top under the lounge chair. Staff would not have mobile home with noisy generator bombed from behind our room on 3rd night. Moved to 3rd room at other end of building, to get away from noisy generator, on 4th night - after being told it belonged to bus co. that brought lots of guests. This room was also very dirty - sticky floors in entry, bathroom and kitchen; and lots of rubbish under the bed.
Convenient location for us to attend a family reunion.
I booked 2 rooms. After check-in we found our room had not been cleaned, and our daughter's room was smokey. Both rooms were changed. In our 2nd room we found a large piece of cheese and a bottle top under the lounge chair. On the 3rd night staff refused to do anything about the noisy generator of the mobile home that had parked just behind our room. We were moved on the 4th night to get away from the noisy generator, which we were told belonged to a bus company that brought lots of clients. This room had sticky bathroom and kitchen/entry floors and much rubbish under the bed.
